History

DC/NOVA Soccer Referee Unit, Ltd. was formed in 1977 by R. Donald Hood and Anita Hood. It was originally called S. R. A. Anita Hood was also the first assignor assigning youth division leagues a few hours per week in the days when there were only 33 registered referees in the State.
