495 to exit 57A, to I-95 S, follow 95 to the Dale City/Rippon Landing exit (do not go towards Potomac Mills).  Follow the Dale City exit to Dale Boulevard and proceed west.  Continue on Dale Blvd approximately 5-6 miles.  Beville is on your left approximately 2-3 stoplights past the intersection of Dale Blvd. and Minnieville Rd.  If you reach the Boys and Girls Club you have gone too far.
